1st time staycation alone
- When enquired regards to check-in early online N e service operator said can but upon reaching there was additional charge for it and e receptionist was polite with that. - When e check-in took a little longer than expected as 1st time staycation but e receptionist was very patient in answering and giving alternative option with regards to many questions.
- No swimming pool. - The lack of shopping area as need to go further busstop.

Nice hotel to stay in the city area.
Checkin was pretty smooth expect for few things needed to fill in due to Covid 19. The front Office staff explain very briefly on the Do and Don't as SOP standard. Room are so spacious and clean. Nice place to stay for your staycation
No so much that we didn't like only few items need mamagement look into it. Ensure there is few clothes hanger in the room, Toilet area to check when there is defects before check in. We got broken shower hose and also the holder. Position on bed infront of Toilet entrance where when in middle of night,light is so bright when someone use it. The pillow was too soft even your head sink in.
